  1. How to refill Travalo?
    • Remove spray head (nozzle) of your perfume
    • Take out Travalo Engine (inner bottle) from Cases
    • Pump to fill up to metal ring (level window)
    • Put Travalo engine back  in the Cases
    • Or type “how to refill Travalo perfume atomiser” on youtube
  2. How to clean Travalo Engine (inner bottle)?
    Suggest using one Engine for one fragrance scent.
  3. What country do Travalo ship to?
    Most countries worldwide.
  4. Do you ship to PO box address?
    Orders cannot be shipped to PO box.
  5. How long does it take to ship my order?
    Delivery time varies depending on selected shipping option and destination, here is reference for general case,

    • Registered mail: around 14 – 21 business days
    • Express courier: around 5 -10 business days

    For some countries, only Express courier service can be delivered. Please click here for details

  6. What is the shipping cost?
    Weight of package, shipping option and destination will affect shipping cost. Please follow the steps to find out the cost,

    • Add your items to cart
    • Proceed to checkout
    • Add your shipping address
    • Select shipping option

    The shipping cost will be listed under product cost.

  7. How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email containing estimated delivery date and tracking number for your order. If you do not receive your order as scheduled, please send an email to order@travalo.com so we can help you.
  8. Can I cancel my order?
    Once you received order confirmation email about shipment status, you cannot cancel your order.
  9. Do you accept exchange of products?
    We do not accept any request of exchange.
