The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Travalo stands behind the quality of our product and hope you enjoy to use it. We accept returns on defect of craftsmanship. You can return items unopened within 7 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase in the original packaging. We will count the 7 days from the day you received our product. Please keep the receipt, proof of purchase and delivery documents as proof. Refund or replacement will not take place without proof or cannot meet the 7 days restriction.

Returned product will be passed to our expert for examination. Travalo takes the responsibility to notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of a defect. Our email will provide further information for replacement or refund if it takes place. For refund, we will use your original method of payment for your purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging.
The following conditions are not acceptable for refund:
Used items, Sale Items, Customized Items, Damaged Items,

Any Items purchased more than 7days after Delivery, are not applied to the Refund Policy.

Delivery Policy

Travalo undertakes the responsibility to deliver as soon as possible. Your orders are subject to product availability. If item is not in stock at the time when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order by using your original method of payment.

We will provide an estimated delivery time to you once your order is placed. We estimate delivery times from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. And it is to be used as a guide only and will be subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order around 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Factors affecting date of delivery including carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Please ensure that all required fields of the delivery address are completed in the check-out process. We will not be able to deliver your order if any required information is missing.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Your shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
