Pricing

The price you will pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. Should a pricing error occur, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel your order but have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

We accept the following payment types:
Credit cards / debit cards

Payment is processed as soon as you confirm your order. Your order will be accepted once the payment status has changed to paid.

Returns & refunds

At Travalo, we believe in the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event of receiving a defective product, please return the item in its original packaging within seven days of delivery along with receipt or proof of purchase. Please retain copies of the receipt, proof of purchase and delivery documents for your records. Refund or replacement will not take place without proof of purchase and posting/delivery, or after the seven-day period.

Returned products will be passed to our quality-control team for examination. We will then notify you by email within a reasonable period of time to let you know whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of a defect. Where applicable, our email will provide further information regarding the procedure for replacement or refund. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment for the purchase price.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Used, damaged or customized items, or items purchased in sales, are not eligible for refund. ***How can a customer tell if it’s defective without using it?***

Defective products

Valid claim period (from invoice date)
Classic HD, Milano, Divine, and Perphone – 1 year. ***How can the valid claim period be 1 year if it has to be within seven days of delivery?***

Please send your refund or replacement request along with your receipt and a picture of the product and packaging within the valid claim period to cs@travalo.com

Shipping

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we will provide an estimated delivery time. This is intended as a guide only and is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Please note that we estimate delivery times from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we aim to fulfill your order within 15 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday (except holidays). Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Factors affecting date of delivery may include carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Please note that products ordered together may be delivered in separate shipments.

The fulfillment of orders is subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using your original method of payment.

Please ensure that all required fields are completed during the checkout process on our website. We will not be able to deliver your order if any of the required information is missing.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Your shipping charges will then be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any such charges on the checkout page.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you make a purchase and enter a PO Box as the delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss of the shipment.

For registered mail shipments, please note that if you do not respond to delivery messages from the post office twice, the delivery may be cancelled or shipped back to the sender. In this case, we can offer a refund for the product costs only, but not the postage costs.
